The Aballin is a monster based off of a Dungeons & Dragons Forgotten Realms monster which appears as a normal pool of water that seems to have treasure and gold resting at the bottom of it. But when you get close the pool of water comes alive and reaches out at you trying to pool you in and drown you in itself. It has the ability to sense your presence and where you stand. And only spells and abilities work on it except the ability to breath underwater. Why? Because it's not water. The Aballin is a living pool of slow burning acid. In fact it takes weeks to desolve a victim.
