For a while now I've been meaning to do up a design for Raikou's daughter/Thalek's childhood friend. Finally got around to it. Her name is Kaela. She's got this kind of silly Disney-sequel-esque: "child looks exactly like the parent of opposite gender" thing going...so her design may change more in the future.
