Inspired by Louis Wain's artwork "I am happy because everyone loves me"

I am struggling to find the words to express how grateful I am for my friends, family, therapist and psychiatrist. I am not perfect, but I have improved so much. So many people have stated how proud they are of how far I've come. I could not have done it without my close friends and my mom, I believed they helped save my life. But honestly, this journey has been nothing like how I expected. There was no random day where hope prevailed, I just continued living despite it all. Through the ups and downs. Now I am here, self harm clean and regulating my emotions so so SO much better than before. I am less pessimistic, even a stranger's compliment makes my day. For everyone struggling out there, there's no miracle flip switching answer. You aren't just going to one day find a fix for everything, you only need the strength to just keep going through life, and eventually kind people will settle around you as long as you are kind to them.
