Right on, this turned out well.

I don't know, whenever I want to increase my "Luck" in Fallout, it comes at the cost of decreasing any other stat. D:

So, may I try my luck? ^'===='^

In New Vegas, there's an implant you can get to increase Luck by 1 point with no ill effects. And in Fallout 3 you can take the perk "Almost Perfect" at level 30 (with Broken Steel DLC) and then grab all the bobbleheads to have 10 points in every stat, Luck included.

For Fallout 2, the Hubologist base in NCR can increase Luck by 2 points.

For Fallout 1, go to Chuck in the Boneyard.
