Drifloon's about to wrap its strings around Charizard's deeply inhaling mouth, as seen in the image above. Clamping it shut, the dragon is forced to keep expanding whether it wants to continue or not.
This Charizard will use one of two moves in this savagely ballooned state: Self-Destruct or Blast Burn. If it uses Self-Destruct, it simply explodes from too much inhaling – doing tremendous damage to everything around it, yet fainting from the self afflicted damage (ghost-types unaffected). If Charizard chooses to use Blast Burn, then the unleashed fiery blast will wipe out most mid to low level foes in its way. However, the exhaustion from using such a powerful attack will force the dragon to need an immediate one-turn break during the battle, leaving it vulnerable for a little while.
There's one especially good way to counter this move. If the apposing Trainer has a ghost-type in their party (preferably not a dual type, even if it's half ghost), then if it acts quickly enough, it can clamp Charizard's mouth shut and just force it to explode. Of course, this is still dangerous to any surrounding person and/or Pokémon, but it's a great way to deal with a foe who's as especially bloated and immobile as this. Remember, Charizard cannot easily move when swollen like this. At best, it can waddle a little and awkwardly flap its wings, but that's it.
