Rust is currently a Rouge living in the Two-leg place.
Rust was born to a pure bred Maine coon mother and moggy father.
His mothers two-legs disliked the half breed kits and wanted to get rid of them as soon as possible.
So as soon as Rust and his siblings where weened off their mothers milk they where taken from her much to her and the kits dismay.
Rust barley remembers his mother and siblings faces and names anymore.
He was sold to a family of other two-legs on with a couple of rowdy kids.
After having his long fur and tail tugged on one too many times Rust lashed out with his claws.
He was soon kicked out onto the street and became a stray.
He used his large size and strength to get by.
He doesn't like talking about his housecat origins as he despises two-legs for what they did to him and his family.
He one day met Shadow a fellow former housecat and the two soon bonded over their hate for two-legs and their jealousy of the cats with the lives they could have had.
The two started wandering two-leg place together causing trouble for anyone unfortunate enough to cross their path including two-legs.
They earned a reputation in two-leg place for bullying cats for a number of things.
The two like to torment Tate in particular for his interest in herbs and ghosts.
During a fight between Rain fish and Shadows, Rust kept Tate from escaping and made him watch, but Shadow was beaten forcing the two to flee and now rust holds a grudge against Rain fish now Rain star.

Rust came out very pretty surprisingly.
I ended up rolling long eyelashes and wing shaped fluff on him which inspired his house cat origin.
