I altered this many many years ago but forgot about it since I put it away in a box way back in 2001. It's my take on, as the title says, a librarian Velociraptor based off of James Gurney's wonderful book "Dinotopia".

The Velociraptor is an old school Safari Ltd model, you can still get the pose but not the coloring as it was a limited edition.

I made the vest, glasses and reading scroll. The scroll is on a tube made from scupley with parchment wrapped around it and I drew the dinosaurian alphabet on it as well but don't remember what it says. The glasses are just bent wire and the lenses are clear nail polish dried into the frames. Th vest is just some fabric I had with fabric paint footprint details and edging.

Not much of an alteration but I was young and it was one of my first and I'm rather pleased with it.
