This is my fourth pony cake that I've made. The previous ones were rather simple attempts, just a pony picture on a white frosting rectangle cake, with the exception of a batch of cutie mark cupcakes that, unfortunately, didn't turn out so well.
I'm really happy with this one! It took nearly 2 hours to frost completely. I had to mix every color with food coloring, except for the green writing icing for the mouth, ears, and nose.
The flavor is funfetti.
