Yes, naturally for plant pokemon, she just need some time and lots of sunlight that's all, or she can go to a hospital, medical is pretty advanced and Pokemon magic can help with that as well. so loosing your limbs or half of your body is not something to fret about as long as you're still alive to recover that is, and Pokemon is much tougher than human.
