Origin / Purpose:
Cipher Woman was created to protect sensitive digital networks and confidential data from hackers and rogue AI. However, a virus corrupted her programming, and now she encrypts and locks anything in her path—including Mega Man himself—until she’s defeated.
Abilities / Weapons:
1. Data Lock Beam – Fires a concentrated stream of encrypted energy that can temporarily “freeze” Mega Man in place.
2. Firewall Barrier – Summons a protective digital wall that absorbs a set number of attacks.
3. Code Shredder Bombs – Throws digital explosives that explode into fragments, creating confusing afterimages on the battlefield.
4. Ultimate: Virus Overload – Temporarily scrambles the player’s controls, forcing Mega Man to adapt quickly while dodging attacks.

Stage Design:
• A high-tech server room filled with moving conveyor platforms, laser grids, and floating holographic blocks that act as both hazards and platforms.
• Backgrounds show cascading code and digital cityscapes, emphasizing her cyber control.
