IW stands for incomplete work but at least I went somewhere with it! 2 reasons I couldn't bring myself to finish this!

I couldn't do it with my time. Azure dragon's colors need to be sorted out, but ironically was suppose to be, you guessed it, azure blue.

BUT I like the outline, so just did some shading here and lighting there then finished somewhat!
