This is for the What will come story line, It's kind of a short history lesion from the point of view of the people. Advanced technology is taboo. Weapons such as guns have been outlawed, and the most complex projector weapon is a crossbow. Most of the people can read and write, they know what we know for the most part. They know illness isn't caused evil, They don't burn people at the stake for witch craft. How ever a great deal of them believe that the Phoenix was either a god or sent by a god to save them.
