I think there's nothing wrong with a guy who wants to make sandwhiches with his feet, unless you try and see it from the naughty side. He grabs the bread with his right foot, and pours the mustad with his left foot using a knife. The first idea was to have him pouring the mustard with his toes, but that would look a little bit gross for some, so draw him with the butter knife, makes it look more acceptable.
