Thank you all for waiting. This is the update I have been building toward since the beginning of my VN journey.

Here's what this version has to offer.
--- What's New in 3.0 ---
-The Final Route
After completing all three routes from Rowan, Theo, and Cedar...something new unlocks. The island has one last story to tell. If you have walked every path, you will have to enter something as a name.
-Hidden Persistent Tracking:
The game now quietly tracks how you respond to each character across your entire playthrough. By the time you reach the final route, the game will track who you gravitated toward most.
-Choose Your Friend or Soulmate
For the first time, the relationship paths are clearly split. You decide who becomes your closest friend and who becomes something more. Both paths lead to different endings for each route.
-Bug Fixes & Grammar correcting
Music not looping has been fixed. Numerous typos, grammar issues, tense inconsistencies, and missing punctuation have been addressed across the full script.
-New Characters
We introduce several new faces to Moonstray — Dima, Omega, Tori, Toro, Agri, and more.
Dima belongs to Dima Dragon
Omega belongs to TheSaladCram
Tori belongs to Tako210
Toro belongs to toroyachi
Agri belongs to Agri_Cal
-New Music
New original tracks have been composed for this version with Logic Pro. Stock Music remains the same.
-New CGs
New illustrations have been added throughout the game to accompany key story moments.
-Updated Game Menu
The game menu has been redesigned. Now enjoy a cool animated wave when you take a break.
-Minor Story Reworks
Several earlier scenes have been revised for better pacing, clarity, and consistency with where the story ended up going.
-Improved UI
New namebox, new select box, improved text contrast, and general readability improvements based on everyone's feedback.
-A Note on the Corva's Inn Background
An AI-generated background image made it into a previous version of the game without me realising it. It has been removed and replaced with a different stock image run through an oil brush filter, consistent with how every other background in the game is made.
I want to be completely transparent: no generative AI is used in this project, and that is not going to change. Every other asset is painted and found on the internet via public domain. I should have caught the AI background sooner and I am sorry that I did not.

Moonstray grew into something much bigger than I planned. This was supposed to be a one and done thing but Every comment, every message, every feedback and everyone who read the story has kept me going.
Version 3.0 is the most complete this story has ever been. I hope you feel that when you play it and I hope it can impact you the way it has to me.
