Pictures of "Dirt" the saber tooth kitty.
We remade the head, as the first suit was an experiment. I am glad we got a chance to snap a few photos before it goes to it's new home tomorrow.
For the record, I really like this suit.

I think suit makers that run as such stay original. I know that's something my husband and I are taking into consideration when we get our suits made. As much as the high name artist are talented and all, their work is everywhere and highly recognizable. That's not a bad thing for business per-say, but I want a suit that looks awesome and not like everyone else who owns a suit. I also love artist that though they have s certain style, they can still be creative on individual suits depending on the character and such. I just don't want to be in a suit and somone recognize who created it just based on style.
we have a little saying around here. "we don't have a style"
I know that is not 100% true. I obviously have my ways of doing things. But the fact remains. I take commissions one at a time, and always have to like the character I am working on. I try my best to not just have a default wolf, or fox, or cat or whatever. Each suit needs to have it's own look. And as such, we make each suit from scratch. It would not only be faster, but easier (not to mention more profitable) to have a pattern for things. However, I didn't start this up to make money, I did this to make art for a living.

Ive just been cruising around the wide world of FA and stumbled upon this picture. What a fantastic representation of furries! The expression says it all. While some fursuiters throw some fur on foam and call it done, yours appears alive with energy and excitement. Well done. Well done indeed.
