I currently don't have a name for my character yet I got this from the artist  iggi The character has no gender or other attributes yet but I will have them decided very soon. I would like thank Iggi very much. This character was an adoptable till I claimed it. Her name is Keshiera

slim, slightly athletic build
Her tail from her butt to the end and not the fin part would be 2.6 feet long
the feathery part of the tail would 1.6 feet
her chin "whiskers" would be about 6.5?
her hair bout that be 1 foot
8 feet tall
be the type whos shy in public but if she knows you kind pompous and airy
should be able to breathe air a little bit like anyone else but mostly relies on a water re-breather or something very close to that
When her scales are wet like swimming in water the blue-brown scales take on a more muddy brown look
