Here we see FG, the raptor, being attacked by the Scizzors man from Clocktower. Yeah, it's the baddie of that awesome survival horror videogame series. I personally like the old ones with point and click perspective. At the end of the page you see FG has the scizzors so tight around his neck they may be taken off his head in seconds. But he has the key of the electric power in his hand!

Think of it this way, the head of your creature is a bisection of a cock with the bottom black spot as the urthra and the top two as the capilaary filled area that expands with the oncomming of blood. the sacks would be the creature's arms with the hands as the nuts themselves (i understand the overlapping is wrong but I'm talking first impression)

This is from "Clocktower". It's an SNES game, point and click horror game. The ending had this creature with scissors about to chop you in half but you switch on the bells of the clocktower and scare it so much you force it into comitting suicide.
