I recently began dabbling in pyrography. It's fun! You have to pay attention, tho - if you make a mistake, you can't erase it. It just becomes part of the design. You also have to pay close attention to what you are doing, so no distractions are allowed - no phone, no tv, no chatting. Just you, the wood and a very hot stylus.
