Through strenuous use of her psychic talents in persuading patients to embrace the DNP's weight goals, she has developed a form of psychosis that has only gotten worse with time. Elena truly believes she is the Ms. Marietta persona, and as a result other staff have to avoid being caught by her lest she feed them to the point sickness. Please take her off my hands."

Oh man, I'm very happy to get some more Mithian lore with this! Finally we get to see the minister of Civil Affairs herself, and boy does she look like a cool and imposing Espeon! Although, she's surprisingly thin for someone in charge of CIVAFF, considering how much they emphasize abundance and essentially gorging yourself into obesity... I have to wonder if that one Smeargle was onto something about CIVAFF merely wanting to control people through fattening them up like cattle...
Also Elena seems like a character who'd be fun to do some feeder shenanigans with, unhinged feeders certainly lend themselves well to REALLY fattening others up (I'm sure more than a few staff members at Southhaven have gone up some clothing sizes with her around)! I really like all the small details you put in to emphasize how undersized her outfit is becoming too, between the tearing seams, the way her waist ribbon subtly squeezes her middle and how her belly spills out from under the hem of her shirt <3 Admittedly I am curious if Ms. Marietta is just a name Elena happened to adopt for her job, or if it's like some kinda mascot for the Weight Reassignment program as a whole (which Elena decided to roleplay as)
Lastly, I'm noticing Mithia seems to emphasize utilizing and even weaponizing psychic abilities, which honestly makes a lot of sense considering all that excess weight is bound to make mobility and physical stamina an issue
