I am officially a brony now. So sue me :-|
After watching a few episodes of MLP:FIM, I imagined that this is the direction they should have taken from the very start. About the same time, I started listening to David Guetta's "Nothing but the Beat" album which came out a few days back. With DJ PON3 and all, well...
So this little guy is named Ghetto Blaster. He's DJ PON3's boyfriend and is the other David Guetta of Equestria. He immigrated to Ponyville from somewhere East of the region shown in MLP and speaks with a distinctive accent. The two are currently some of the most sought-after music producers in all of Equestria. His current single "Where Dem Mares At?" currently tops the music charts throughout the Pony world.
We don't see his cutie mark here because honestly I couldn't think of one (and the wings kind of cover it too). The hairstyle and glasses are directly modeled off of David's face but I couldn't duplicate the epic beard. His color is supposedly from an alternate cover for the album.
