A minor break from the Anti-pony assault... a VERY brief one...
Just in case I didn't mention it today, I LOVE what DC comics did with the whole of the "Color Wars" and the "Sinestro Corps" in particular. 'Yellow Lantern Scarecrow' is the single best thing their entire company will probably do in this decade for me. An amazingly clever piece of writing that got them out of a few corners and opened up the floor for some great new characters, philosophies and story arcs. If you've never given "Green Lantern" (the comics, not the movie. EEK!) a try, I recommend looking into it.

This sounds almost like the ancient name of the great boat of biblical legends, maybe passed down in a foreign land, or something, like how some arabic peoples called him "Sikander" instead of "Alexander" (T. Great)... "Once there was great sailing ship... is called 'Noyark'... A man, he gather all animals of the world and hide on this ship from anger of god rainstorm...."

*titters* In-DEED! I stood in Barnes and Nobles for a good half hour going through the one about "Llama Llama, home with Mama" or something like that. Good gods it was a kids' book, sure, but the art was lovely and the poetry and "mom" imagery was just beautiful...

I'm willing to bet, as long as youtube didn't yank it for whatever gorfy reasons, it would get to a million or so hits. That would be damn awesome!

Oh my dear gods n' butter... Do yourself a favor love and snatch that up. It's great stuff. Again, the philosophy of the Sinestro Corps was very interesting to me, basically the same ideals as the Green Lanterns, but a different view on the idealogy behind them. Finally, Sinestro has been given a position as a complex and interesting character... well, until they re-booted everything and made it all meaningless... *grumbles* Stoopid DC writers...

Gods, I love that music. I don't know if it's the nostalgia of seeing Vader stomping about, surveying destruction and all, being the epitome of what my lil' tiny mind saw as awesome back then or what, but that music has always been tops to me.
