They're all over the place! And it was FOREVER until I actually got to go to one too :c.
Advice: If you plan to buy anything, wait until the last day! Most shops don't want to transport goods back, so a lot of stuff will go at least 10% off, but I've seen most go 50%. Some even down to 75% off!
