This is the third of five images from 
CorrieZodori's Iron Artist deal.
...well, this is more like prevore; I'm sure the vore part will come eventually. This scene captures what occurs in the game perfectly, and I'm pretty sure would rile up some breathplay lovers on FA as well.
In King of the Monsters 2, in the underwater levels, there are amoebas that can latch onto your head and squeeze until you shake them off or let them finish you. In the SNES version, the draining occurs very quickly, but in the arcade version the drain is quite slow, allowing a player with a full life bar to watch Geon struggle for about a full 30 seconds before they'd run out of life. Here you can see him in the midst of his struggles, unable to break free of the amoeba's grip.

True, it would've been much nicer if you had been treated to a little scene of fighting against them and trying to keep them from closing down on ya, perhaps with them whipping you around before taking that gulp...
Shame there isn't more vore to be found in games! At least there's RP and pictures, but honestly sometimes you just want to have more control over it with it all beautifully animated out.

I'm way late on seeing this picture, but I really appreciate it, too. I just finished playing the arcade version and I admit, I let these guys suck on Geon's head a couple times, and admired how long it takes before they finish him off. Hearing the description you gave of it really adds to it when looking at this take on it, too.
