After checking out Revolutionary Girl Utena and learning that Carmelita's japanese voice actress Tusubasa Makato(真琴つばさ was a former Takarazuka actress(meaning all female play in japan) this got into my head. I really really love how the coloring went, this is the first picture I have to color in felt.(while others still go for the pencil crayons)
