Another of the Base Camp characters, Neora is an artist who's known for throwing herself into her work to a ridiculous extent. No matter what it is, she's passionate about it and believes it to be the greatest idea ever, at least until the next one comes alone. She's still useful, of course - she's got a fine touch with a chisel and a paintbrush, and can sculpt or paint any kind of decoration you could ask for. When she's not busy on someone else's project, though, she's generally off devoting all her attention and effort to something she's decided to do on her own.
