So for photo reference on the background I relied on some of my recent photographs from a trip to Japan. Specifically a pic I snapped at Anamori-Inari, on the street up to the shrine.
The yanki/sukeban biker girl was the start of the image, a YCH until the paper got crumpled and I figured, "Well, that's useless now".
She also serves me as I try to hash out ideas for future projects.
