Tempestacle, the tentacle pokémon of the elements water and flying. This pokémon is home in both the sea and the sky. By bundling the tentacles at the sides of its body together this pokémon forms wings with which it can fly. It's also an expert swimmer. From its siphons it can shoot both jets of water as well as gusts of wind. Whoever dares ride on its back has to stare down its real maw.
