If I was having a brave day, and I knew I was not experiencing some sort of vivid hallucination, and this captivating being was indeed in front of me occupying space and time before me:

I would smile, wave, walk over, do my best at a polite greeting and then promptly run out of words. Whilst looking around in the awkward silence that would inevitably follow (while enduring my own inner furry fan -yet also somehow straight guy- insecurity monologue) I would instantly bust out my sketchbook and ask him, in the most nerdy way possible, if he would mind if I just starting drawing a picture of him .......since he is the first creature of his kind I have ever seen at a beach anywhere....ever. During which I would most likely begin trying to start a conversation with him about bicycles. Because that's how I roll.

Yep still a husky studying up in the forestry department there. ^ ^ I was busy taking summer classes and I also did some research work in Wisconsin, wildlife habitat restoration and what have you.
