Well (maybe yes a tiny bit later idk) BUT! it's mostly character development

Delegating authority is tough. It takes a lot to tackle feeling like you are failing or not strong enough and letting someone else address a problem. It's also a hard situation where you have to deal with family business and feeling let down.

I hope handsome foxxy can take the brave leap and let crow boy be the professional that he is there to be. I've seen small business people like foxxy, putting their absolute best effort into things and drinking so they can turn their brain off at night. I hope he recognizes that he has help available and isn't too proud or stubborn to take the help.

Yeah, and Elliot was adopted by high elves so he's also got the weird fur brother imposter syndrome thing going on on top of everything

Oh he's definitely stubborn, it'll take some doing. Which is why he's going on a work trip (vacation) to fix the manor (rest)

I may not know much about these two but I love their vibe!

Elliot is the adopted third son of the Alard'ris family! He is someone always trying to impress, show his family they adopted the right vulpine and he is a bladedancer of the elvish courts. He also has a serious sweet tooth and drinking problem.. Also trauma! He was my D&D character for about three years.

Sorvan is his butler who started working shortly after the Alard'ris family lost their previous head of house. He was brought on to help Elliot feel more comfortable and have someone who was more related to his kind, they later brought on other non elf staff. Sorvan is a few years older than Elliot and has had serious feeling for him for many years.
