Lovecraft County NPCs: Reba Carpenter
So, I have been sitting on this character for some time. It was an adopt I got but hadn't figured out what to do with her. Her adopt name was "Agent Red Rose," and she was in the same outfit you see before you. Only recently did I figure out her name, likes, dislikes, and actually draw her! Still do not know which 3-letter organization she works for... or if she works for Delta Green, but that is a task for future me.
