The Blood Angels, sons of the Great Angel, the Angels of Baal. This chapter is known by many names and is renowned for their bravery, honor, and dedication to protecting those who are weaker than them.
Yet beneath this veneer of courage and honor lies a dark truth; the Blood Thirst and the Black Rage.
The Blood Angels must consume blood to remain active and alive, for without it, they age faster than any other Space Marine. The Black Rage is another curse entirely. Cursed with the visions of watching their dying Primarch, Sanguinius, the Blood Angels are prone to fits of utter madness. When the rage fills them, they slaughter all in their path, seeing the face of the one who killed their Primarch, Horus.
When in battle, they prefer to use chainswords and jump packs to rip the enemy into pieces.
