Blizzard 7 was the Icelandic entry stolen from the World Expo in Super Robot Red Baron and became the monster of the week in the 7th Episode: "Red Balloons are the Secret Weapon".

History
The Iron Alliance conducts analysis between the strength and weaknesses of Red Baron and Blizzard 7 in a computer simulation, which were not favorable due to interference from SSI. Deviler then provides an alternative: Operation Red Balloon.

In short: The Iron Alliance has the same Home Video Marketing Technology as in Spaceballs: Instant Cassettes.

They begin the operation by drooping capes, wand and masks tied to balloons to a group of kids Inspector Kumano was educating about Traffic Safety; they wear the gimmicks and soon come under the influence and attack Kumano, transforming into various animals. The Inspector returned to normal & Kumano contact SSI, as the kids flee to spread chaos and avoid Police blockades, unbeknownst to him, the Teacher was an agent of the Iron Alliance. Ken and Daisaku tried to deal with them to no avail as Blizzard 7 is unleashed onto the 1st Power Plant. Daigo, Mari and Tetsuya head their way, when they inform their other comrades of the situation and Kumano reports of the whole situation with the Children who are under the influence of the Balloons.

Seeing a connection, SSI deals with the Robot while Kumano deals with the Kids.

After Destroying the 1st Power Plant, Blizzard marched towards the 2nd Plant; Kumano is in hot bike pursuit of the kids, Red Baron catches up to Blizzard for their battle, while SSI finds the Control Car; the group charges towards it, briefly entering in battle with Iron Robot Soldiers, but soon come to discovered the Kids are in the car with the "Teacher" coming to provide assistance. Meanwhile, the battle doesn't bout well for Red Baron, after a failed try, Blizzard 7 is able to restrained the mecha down then proceeds to freeze it with its cold air., but fortune once again turn as Inspector Kumano appears, realizing who Ms Ono was and guns her down to the horror of the others, but he reveals her to be a Robot, presenting the real Ms.Ono (based Kumano).

With the faker taken out, the kids are free of the control, but Blizzard 7 is still operational and position itself to destroy a Baron Frozen solid with its Missile; wanting to help, Tetsuya and Mari fired rockets at the right arm, releasing it from the Ice casket, where Ken unveils the Arm Missile, firing it straight onto the Blizzard 7's missile compartment and effectively destroying the Mecha, robbing Dr. Deviler of a would be victory.

Afterwards, and despite what happened, the crew reward the Kids with new gift attached to Balloons, which proceed to annoy Inspector Kumano with. (Oi, Not Cool!)

Arsenal: It sport claws for a hands and below its knees, which it would restraining locks to restrain its opponents with. A Missile launcher compartment was located in the abdomen, as well from the various ports across the body, Blizzard release a constant stream of cold air that freeze its enemies, and As seeing with all the robots in the series, Blizzard's rocket thrusters were located in the legs.

Appearance: A standard generic humanoid body, Grey and Brown in its color scheme, with claws for hands. Blizzard had a dome shape head, with two red lights on top, orange eyes and holes for a mouth. It had red rivets on the top part of the torso with more holes in the mid-top of the torso, with missile emblem in the abdomen. Blizzard also had restraining claws on it leg just below the knees.
