I've been running a Spelljammer game for about a year now and this is one of the player character's from it. Silvia's latest adventures have transformed her, as rumors of consuming the heartsblood of a dragon can cause one to be reshaped and transformed by its power. Rejecting her infernal lineage, she did so, taking part in a ritual to appear in a dream before Garyx, the god and father of red dragonkind.
Being also a god of rebirth, Garyx granted Silvia her desire, without her fully understanding the consequences of such an action. Her tiefling traits burned away, she was reborn: not quite human, but not quite a dragon either. Her soul has become intertwined with the ancient dragon god.
