I finally got to write an idea from a character gift I got from my friend Darkgamer. A great friend a fan of my work who gifted me a character inspired by Bloop, Sloopy !

Gender: Hermaphroditic (identities male)

Species: Mutated Sea angel (sea slug)

Height: 9. ft.

Weight: 788. lbs.

Occupation: Aquatic drifter // Sea hero?

powers: Able to walk on land (Bipedal ver.), strong swimmer (slug ver.), soft gelatinous body, mind control maw and pouch, stretchy body and maw



Bio:

Sloopy used to be a simple free swimming mindless sea slug (sea angel). Located in the open south Pacific yet comes across a classified atoll owned by “Atomous” (seen in Fat Pride and Inflate-o-roo and the Gelatinous rube). A nuclear research lab that stated to developed nuclear test for clean uses for nuclear energy. However, it was all a cover up for the real purpose as to develop secret nuclear based weapons. Being tested and detonations of various nuclear bombs on the atoll, in hopes to be sold to various despots and dictators so pay for such weapons. Showing off its abilities to destroy any enemies any country with its awesome might.

That is until its nuclear tests effect the aquatic eco system. And soon effected Sloopy evolving and mutating rapidly by the radiation fallout to become what he is now. Now with not only self-aware sentience but also can breathe on land with a pouch like a “aquatic roo”. With some of the scientist seeing the potential of this creature. Wanting use “Sloopy” (the named given by the first word he spoke), yet escaped with innocence, inexperience (and “nibbling” one a few scientist that see him as a test subject). After he's escape, he's now living in the coastlines of El Grande city hanging out at the harbor, and maybe “taking” a few fish from fishing ships to satisfy his hunger a bit. A strange, playful and voraciously goodhearted goober of a pred who didn't fully understand the world but love to be a part of it some how.



Personality:

Despite being the victim who become a monster, Sloopy didn't see that, however. And never resents his actions that happened. Not determined by how he looks now, but by choice he makes. Yet has a challenge in finding a place in the world after his mutation. That can be impulsive and easily led and cheerfully playful one-track mind. Especially on how he mind-controls people via his gooey maw and pouch to get what he wants. Leading the victim to be in a state of pure bliss until he slurps them down into his gullet. Under his gooey jolliness, he has his underline fear of being alone and a “freak of nature". A deep self-loathing as nearly powering those who can exploit him. Until was talked out by the heroes of El Grande city. And morally didn't change once the shape change, if the rare changes he can save people, some never thank him, saving those who barely could know his name, and taking the blast because it's the right thing for him. And having a full tum as well.
