Ja, though one could argue she might be about to shoot something.
As a shooter, though, I'd say that's a deucedly awkward grip that I only ever see on folks who've not handled them before. She's not nearly high enough up on the grip, and her trigger-finger hand really ought to be in direct contact with the grip. Works better for a variety of reasons, from stability to ease of reloads.
Setting the shooter hat aside, it's otherwise a very nice piece.
