Actually burger Dil or whatever
Recipe:
1. Potatoes (Based on how much you serve and their size, I pick about 4 for medium size and serves of four people)
2. Fried Onions (or Shallots in other case)
3. Onion leaves
4. Chicken Stock in cubes (look at this link for examples: https://shopee.com.my/Adabi-Kiub-Pa.....78.20370988996 )
5. Salt
6. Egg ( to dip em for frying)
How to make:
1. Wash and Peel the potatoes
2. cut them (Potatoes) into pieces ( for cooking efficiency since bigger potatoes took longer than the cut ones)
3. Boil the potatoes until they're soften
4. Drain the boiled potatoes until they're dried or they would be stickier when you made them
5. Get them into a bowl and squash them until no one was left to be crushed (just mashed potatoes only)
6. mix em up with fried onions, onion leaves and chicken stock in cubes (You can mix with others, like coriander, mustard, veggies for variety (they must be cut smoothly))
7. Time to make some disc ( make the mixture into a shape of a disc, make sure they aren't too thin or too thick so they won't explode)
8. Gotta fry em into a flat pan ( Put some oils into it and dip the potatoes on the egg (which had been mix up, until it's only show yellow) and fry each of them until you get the browning (good fry))
9. Serve em in front of people you love, strangers or even those you hate (I meant everyone you want to serve)
Notes:
1. don't fry on kuali (or a wok pan) so you won't get some egg residuals which may burnt for a long time
2. Mash the boiled potatoes while they're hot ( or you may hard to mash them while they're cold)
3. Those chick stocks in cubes must be mashed to avoid chunks on your food
4. mix them until they are balance in taste or you may experience inconsistent taste
Also foodstuffs doesn't have gender (and you cannot identify it)
