So I recived this earlier today, it’s the Master System 3. its the 74 games in 1 model which might be the first. I just checked eBay one day and saw the thing, on the top from the US so I bought it, now a have a rare console in box in my collection.

Doesn't look very official, if you know what I mean, but that's not a knock on this pic. 74 games in one console, especially one that saw its first release in the 90's, is quite the feet of the system's developers.
I myself have some Nintendo DS cartridges with like, 40-ish games each, called R4 cards, so this system here isn't that perplexing.

I think the first version of the Master System 3 Collection saw its first release in the 2000s. Not shure if you were trying to refer to the original master system 3 compact, but I am fully aware these systems are official, even sega didn’t manufacture them, they still gave Tec Toy manufacturing rights to the master system to them back in the late 80s early 90s due to insane Brazilian import taxes, Same was also done for the Mega Drive.
That makes sense actually. I'm really not good with track records of what certain companies do when it comes to porting games or designing certain consoles as a way to play dozens of games on one system in an era before that practice became the norm. But I will say it's pretty impressive that they did manage to do it, especially in the 80's and 90's.
