According to the "brief (and ancient) history of GIMP", Wilber was created on Sept. 25, 1997 by a designer named Tuomas Kuosmanen. This year, I realized that Sept. 25 would be on a Wednesday, making it Wilber Wednesday... so naturally, I had to do something for the occasion... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
