Another resubmission, another very rough thing. I am of the opinion that wing-arms should be as big as--or bigger than--the forelegs, given that they carry and control the entire mass of the dragon in flight, and in form and function are almost exactly like a second pair of forelegs, or arms in the case of anthros. So, more muscle practice here.
