Sheila Cairns, a staff member of the New Virbank City-based Chemical Hazard Control Department (CHCD) and a notable member of its Fire Corps, tasked with both firefighting and handling flammable chemicals to their clients.
In one such fieldwork to Reversal Mountain to research its chemical properties and assess the possible threat it may pose to the surrounding Unovan settlements, the toxic fumes from the active volcanism there would have normally be lethal to even the hardiest of Fire-types unless they have a Poison typing. But even that won't guarantee absolute protection from pollutants in a mystical flame powered site. It's a good thing CHCD has the protection for all times and environs, this Charizard included.
Clad in her thick rubber hazmat gear with boots, chemical gloves and a snout-fitted gasmask for a dragon like herself, she strikes a peace pose to commemorate this field trip, and as if to show both bioterrorists and the volcano's toxicity and heat who's the girl-boss~
