and not so long ago i decided not to do lineart whatsoever since it was draining all my life forces and just focus on doing the sketch, however messy it turns out, and just cleaning it and going straight into coloring and rendering (best parts for me). this kind of way of drawing reminds me of clay modeling so it's like.... double satisfying to do lol (also straying away from realism helped)
i'm still learning and finding new ways to better my skill and to make art enjoyable and i hope my tut helps! the main thing is to never stop trying out things and doing something unconventional because it just might help make art much easier
P.S. ALSO do art studies and use shapes more often! or sketch out silhouettes! best thing ever to do
