I know what you're thinking, and yes, Claire does get like that when she gets really pumped, and an incredible muscle mass requires incredible workouts to maintain.

Veeery obscure reference to a game called Machbreakers 2, which is basiclaly a bunch of minigames with characters doign super human feats of strenght, one of them is dragging a kaiju and whenever the characters make a perfect pull, they make that noise "Oi! Oi! Oioioi!"
