For all you UK-based viewers, Mother's Day is just around the corner, so just like last year, I thought I'd do something special. Inevitably, it was Kumiko Mori who took centre-stage. She has six children - including our own Kyoko - but all have now grown up and moved on to greener, busier pastures. Some may manage to send a little card or present, but they probably won't be able to find the time to visit their mother in person. So it falls to husband Saburo to lay on all the extravagant romantic gestures. It seems, though, that his heart's ruled his head this year - when he decided to cook breakfast in bed for Kumiko, he didn't stop to consider whether he could do so...
