The Assets, my Pathfinder 2 party for the adventure module Prey for Death, a group who works for the infamous Red Mantis Assassins and have a contentious interpersonal relationship at best.
From left to right,
Itzal de Maria, Catfolk Gunslinger
An amoral mercenary who fancies himself the only normal person of the group. And he would be right, be it not for his need to pee on the possessions of his enemies, and declare himself as the ultimate lifeform.
The fact that his player wanted to make a Shadow the Hedgehog expy has nothing to do with it, I'm sure.
Was once non-consensually hugged by the Red Strangler, and vowed to never again let down his guard.
The Red Strangler, Awakened Animal Barbarian
The Mantis God's Favorite Princess, who has to fight her instincts of not strangling everyone in reach with her raptorial claws. In truth she just wants a boyfriend - which is problematic when you are a giant mantis who is always teetering on the edge of reverting back to a savage animal.
Had a brief but intense Whirlwind(Throw) Romance with the Gorumite Warlord Ordulf Bladecaller, and never forgot how delectable he was on her claws.
Thinks Itzal is a very handsome boy.
The Visitor, Yokai Cleric of Razmir
A spirit who possessed the mask worn by the corpse of a Razmiran priest and as such absorbed the need to evangelize others into its nonsense cult, and delivering blessings by hitting people in the face, with his mace. Managed to stupefy a divine herald by yelling Razmiran doctrine, and feels the atavistic need to disguise himself as local cryptids in order to engender even more confusion in his victims.
Genuinely belives in the multi-level marketing scheme that is Razmiran religion, which may be comparable to how a retirement fund works.
The Good Doctor, Fleshwarp Cleric of Urgathoa
Urgathoan cultists have collaborated with Red Mantis Assassins before, and the Good Doctor loves experimenting upon corpses, which the profession provides aplenty. Swears that he speaks only rarely, despite being the second most talkative person in the group. Often summons the spirit of a dead luchador to wrestle do his bidding.
May have been based off of a sprite from the game Dune 2.
May also be a lich, while not knowing or understanding what being a lich entails.
