This TF referendum was won by Tom with a vote of 4*-3-1-0. The result was suggested by JeffGorvette and won in the poll 5-4-4-3. Thanks to everyone who participated in this TF referendum!
That was a joke, as both characters share the same name. It reached a point where someone said, "Tom is too obvious". Thing is, Jeff didn't understand what I meant when I asked for specifics, so I just combined his concepts into one full idea...
