A continuation of the series that showcases different kinds Kobolds or Bolds for short. Think of them as classes or jobs a Kobold can assume.

Witzbold: The german word Witzbold translates to joker, jester, prankster, with the word "Witz" meaning joke. A Kobold of the Witzbold class therefor is usually a jester. Jesters can be found at any noble court, usually human ones, but the jesters themselves could be of any race, including Kobolds. However few dragons mimic human regal courts in their delusions of grandeur and craving for recognition and naturally make one of their Kobolds play the part of the court jester, or Witzbold.


Alternative Witzbold: "Joke" is the modern meaning of the german word "Witz". Not too long ago though it was used closer to the english word "wits", with which is related, meaning intellect or smarts. An alternative interpretation of a "Witzbold" is therefor a wise wizard, or Witzard, with wizard also being related to wits.
