I decided to make one of my FCs a pegasus, and rightfully so! So now Buzzkill has a place! xD
His cutie mark comes from his special technick: Spinning like a saw, causing all sorts of destruction. He also has a molting problem and is missing his other ear entirely... <u<;;

Here he is playing his part for now, clearing clouds to make way for the spring's sun, like everypony else! He's been scolded for his destruction before, so he's keeping it nice so he doesn't have to hear everyone gripe later about how Spring is late again. :I;;
