I don't think so. I like Fallout a little too much...And I have managed to get through the first two episodes of MLP....But like I said these sketches are very spiffy. I certainly wouldn't mind drawing up a few raider pony designs....I am partial to raider ponies.
Not raiders though. Hate those fuckers! Waste my ammo man!

Hey, hey, they always see me first and shoot first so according to the laws of go fuck yourself when I kill them their belongings are mine. Seriously, raiders [and radscorpions and pretty much everything else in the wastes] always attack first, so it's self defense and salvage!
Finally, someone who shows raiders as living beings. It would only make sense that there would be family- not all raiders would be outsiders from other comunities, and they don't spontaneously generate out of nowhere. It's nice to be shown that there is love, even within a group that is reviled such as raiders. Not to mention the lower-left scene would likely make make a steady aim falter- It's one thing when you're taking aim at "a raider"- it's another thing entirely when you realize you're taking aim at some foal's mother. If I found myself in that situation in the middle of a fight, I'd probably beat a hasty retreat. Nothing good would come of continuing that fight...
well what specifically would you like to know? in truth these pics are really pre story to the rp and plotline my friends and i follow. as in that Bullet Holes is a former raider and addicted to "Steady" after the death of Slug. but for the characters themselves no one knows who Slug's father is (just one of those things that comes with being in a raider group) the name Slug comes from the shotgun ammo not the slimy creepy crawly.
When they aren't raiding, they're drinking, doing drugs, pukeing, and tortureing animals. "The Raiders" are not a society, they are not comminity outcasts, they don't raise children or mow the lawn, they're gangs of thugs that prey on travelers, animals, communities, other raiders, and even slavers. They're like less-powerful Warhammer Orks and they always shoot first. They know what they're doing is "bad" and that's the sole reason they do so: Because they've given in to their primal instincts of lusting for blood and destruction and the suffering of others. Not even someone as bat-shit crazy as the mechanic and the antagonizer would attack and hurt children. Three dog is completely correct when he says "Don't go waveing the white flag, they'll just strangle you with it."
That said, If they don't shoot at me, I don't shoot at them.
If they shoot at me, they'll probably shoot at children and families, too.
And even if they had kids, the worst thing they could do would be raiseing their children to behave the same way; Prey on others.
Just look at their hideouts, do you think people who would hang decapitated corpses for decoration would be willing to have and raise children?
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go prepare for the 100meter dash in today's special olympics. :p

but not all raiders are the same. theres even a guy in megaton who is a former raider but gave that life up and is raising a girl. just because the game puts Raiders into the meat grinder category doesn't mean there arent others with a more diverse set of rules. like the Fiends in New Vegas. yeah they are hopped up on all kinds of drugs at any given time, and there scattered bases have some gore, but when you investigate vault 3 for the great kahns. they arent hostile, and their base is for the most part gore free
Of course. The most logical explanation why they'd continue to exist to the latest canon timeline would be if they...breed with one another. Or you know, casting away all semblance of society and surrender into anarchy because for some reason, pillaging and robbing seems more easy than an honest living.
Funny thing, the "Great Khans" are actually a sort of secessionist group from the Khans of the past and creating their own traditions. Though brutal as their values, it's a sort of culture.
The Vipers and Jackals wear normal clothing, so I affiliate them to be more like bandits than raiders.
The Capital Wastelanders, though the most vicious of the bunch, show some capacity of social skills when observed in special/random encounters.
The Fiends are depicted most as drug addicts who are barely aware of what they are doing.
