Not gonna lie, I kind of struggled with this one. 'Celebration' is a pretty hard one to come up with a story for and have it relate back to macro in some way. I considered birthdays (just wasn't interested in the idea), Easter (figured that would be something everyone did), some sort of vague holiday presided over by a deity (felt too generic), even the idea of a sort of 'unification day' thing celebrating micros and macros officially integrating with each other (would have required way more world-building than I felt comfortable with doing for a snippet). Finally settled on this topic, and decided to switch things up from how I typically do the big/small dynamic on a whim; end of the day, I'm happy with it.
