- BASIC: Only one room. It can be anywhere in a house (bathroom, kitchen, living room or room)
- MIDDLE: Your room can have a balcony or outside garden. It can also be any place that is not inside a house, such as a coffe store, a store, or a natural place such as a forest, a cave or beach
- PREMIUM: It can be all of the above options. You can order the complete layout of a house: Bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen(5 rooms). If more rooms are added, they will have an additional cost of $10 each
-Additional floor: You can add an additional floor, the price depends on the commission option and includes the same as the base commission: Basic additional floor $25, Middle additional floor $35, Premium additional floor $50
- Additional character: $5usd -Each commission option has a character(fursona) added by default
- Everything is personalized and you can put the objects you want
